HANDA’S SURPRISE
In a far off country there was a little girl called Handa
who balanced a basket on her head. In her basket were
some delicious fruits……
a soft, yellow banana, a sweet smelling guava, a round
juicy orange, a ripe red mango, a spiky leaved pineapple, a
creamy green avocado and a tangy purple passion fruit.
Early one morning she set off to visit her friend Akeyo.
“I wonder which fruit she’ll like best? Will she like the soft yellow
banana?” thought Handa.
She walked and she walked down the dusty path.
However she didn’t notice the monkey in the tree who stole the soft
yellow banana from the basket.
