As the requests of some contributors, the important dates of the conference have been modified as follows: (1) The full-length paper (6 pages) and updated abstract (1 page) should be submitted to the conferences Secretariat (nerock@126.com) before 1st August 2012. (2) The program committee will notify the contributors the acceptance of their contributions by 10th August 2012. The final acceptance will depend upon a satisfactory full-length paper. (3) Submission of final camera-ready full-length paper, participation fees and registration form should not be later than 20th August 2012. All the contributions, presentations, and correspondences will be in English. CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS Proceedings of NDRM'2012 will be published by Rinton Press (New Jersey, USA). Each delegate will receive a copy. The book will also be distributed worldwide. Each contribution in full length should be within 6 pages. The MS word template for preparing abstract and camera-ready full-length manuscript can be downloaded in the email attachment. Some of the authors have requested to have more pages for their proceedings contributions. This is permitted with a charge of US$80 for each additional 2 pages. SYMPOSIUM ACCOMMODATION The conference registration fee does not include the accommodation expense. The organizing committee has the deal with the following hotels: 1. Accompanying persons may fully enjoy their stays in Shenyang, including in-town sightseeing, free charge tours and shopping. This program will provide an occasion for people from different countries to know each other and to have a view of daily life in Shenyang.
