CALL FOR PAPERS & IMPORTANT DATES
Full Papers are invited on the topics outlined in the conference themes and on other topics within
the general scope of the conference (refer to the first notice). As the requests of some contributors,
the important dates of the conference have been modified as follows:
(1) The full-length paper (6 pages) and updated abstract (1 page) should be submitted to the
conferences Secretariat (nerock@126.com) before 1st August 2012.
(2) The program committee will notify the contributors the acceptance of their contributions by 10th
August 2012. The final acceptance will depend upon a satisfactory full-length paper.
(3) Submission of final camera-ready full-length paper, participation fees and registration form
should not be later than 20th August 2012.

WORKING LANGUAGE
The working language is English. All the contributions, presentations, and correspondences will be
in English.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
Proceedings of NDRM'2012 will be published by Rinton Press (New Jersey, USA). Each delegate
will receive a copy. The book will also be distributed worldwide.
Each contribution in full length should be within 6 pages. The MS word template for preparing
abstract and camera-ready full-length manuscript can be downloaded in the email attachment.
Some of the authors have requested to have more pages for their proceedings contributions. This
is permitted with a charge of US$80 for each additional 2 pages.
SYMPOSIUM ACCOMMODATION
The conference registration fee does not include the accommodation expense. The organizing
committee has the deal with the following hotels:

The accommodation expense is estimated between US$80-140/night/room, including utilities,
such as shower, air conditioner, cable TV and breakfast. The details will be announced in the third
round conference bulletin.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS’ PROGRAM
An accompanying persons program from 11 to 13 Sept. will be arranged. Accompanying persons
may fully enjoy their stays in Shenyang, including in-town sightseeing, free charge tours and
shopping. This program will provide an occasion for people from different countries to know each
other and to have a view of daily life in Shenyang.
POST-SYMPOSIUM TOURS
Four lines of tourism after the conference would be arranged:
Benxi Water Cave - the fantastic longest underground river in Asia;
Shenyang- Benxi Water Cave - Miraculous Slope- Shenyang (1 day, by bus)

MINI-EXHIBITION
Exhibition fees: international company is charged for US$500-1500 (2-4 m2 + one delegate, extra
US$200 for one additional delegate), the poster and video exhibition should be contacted to the
secretary of organizing committee first.
