CLASSROOM STYLE: Most desirable for informational type presentations.
THEATRE STYLE:
Appropriate for short lecture or larger groups that do not require extensive note-taking. This set
up maximizes meeting room space utilization.
U-SHAPE:
Works well with small groups that require conversations between presenter and audience as well
as between participants. Provides a more intimate feel. This set up does require more space than other set-ups.
HOLLOW SQUARE:
Popular configuration for board meetings and small “brainstorming” sessions. They provide
plenty of workspace for each person and good communication/visual lines for each participant. Recommend that the size
of the group is 24 people or less.

You will be contacted upon your arrival by the Westin Annapolis Purchasing Department to set up the delivery of your
packages.
Package will be accepted no more than three (3) days prior to guest arrival or meeting date. Due to limited storage
space, please make arrangements for early deliveries or pallet deliveries.
All packages will be secured and stored in the package/storage room located in the Purchasing Department. Your package
will be tagged with a bill outlining all applicable charges. A signature is required at the time of delivery and the charges
will be applied to either the group’s/convention master bill or to the guest’s folio.
Packages that arrive for guests who have checked out, unclaimed package or packages without proper information on the
label will be returned to sender COD
