To perform your monologue by the end of the 2nd week of A Level Drama WHAT IS A MONOLOGUE? Mono = One Logue = Speech, taken from Dialogue. So a Duologue would be 2 People! A Monologue is usually a selected speech performed by a character within the actual play context. It usually will tell the story or information for the narrative rather than extreme detail of emotion and feelings of the character.
