It is both beautiful and useful. The Chinese written characters are orthographic which demonstrate the Chinese cultural heritage. Chinese characters are shared by many countries in Asia, such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Therefore, knowing Chinese benefits you with all these foreign languages. Chinese is a tone language. You will find that a tone language is much easier than an intonation language with some hard work. Spoken Chinese can be learned quite quickly. Chinese grammar is comparatively easy. Believe it or not, as an analytic language it has no verb tenses, word endings, genders, and agreements. In this course, you will practice your conversation skills, read, and write Chinese characters, and learn about Chinese culture and history through textbooks, pictures, videos, and movies. The Chinese courses also help you become ready to study abroad. Our exchange programs will provide you with opportunities to study in Beijing, Taiwan, Hong Kong and many other cities in China.
