Terms of Office
4.1
A member of the Court by virtue of holding an office or position or by virtue of
membership of some other body shall be a member of the Court so long as
that member holds the office or position or is a member of that other body.
4.2
A nominated or selected member of the Court shall hold office for five years,
or for such shorter period as may be specified by the person or body making
