2011- Now KCA Deutag Drilling GmbH ASSESTANT DRILLER
Assist and relieve the Driller as necessary in supervising all work carried out on the
drilling unit, ensuring that such work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with
authorised operating procedures and Group Safety Policy.
Direct the personnel under their authority in the practical steps to ensure that all
working places are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition and all working
practices employed are safe.
2009-2011 Burgan well drilling (BWD) ASSESTANT DRILLER
Completing standard reporting forms; such as daily drilling report, casing report, etc.
Supervising the drilling crew; maintained a good contact with the drilling supervisor,
rig manager and tool pusher; updating the pipe tally during the operations; following
the drilling programs
2008 -2009 Burgan well drilling (BWD) DERRICK MAN
Drilling rigs 1500 HP and I achieved and conducted rig up , rig down move rig
operation s , drill operation ,RIH casing ,cementing casing ,rig up Bop ,conditioning
mud according to the geological-technical indications ,coring indicated interval
,operation with tester ,I worked with drilling crew.
2005 -2008 Egyptian Drilling Company (EDC) FLOOR MAN
- Performs a variety of duties on the drill floor and associated areas, so as to assist in
the safe and efficient operation of the unit.
- Operates drill floor equipment utilized in drilling and ancillary operations. Monitors
and maintains mud-cleaning equipment such as the shale shakers, de-sander,
de-gasser, mud cleaner, and centrifuges.
- Unloading of equipment and supplies from supporting vessels, as well as servicing
well units
- supplying equipment to rig floor when required, keeping main deck and pipe deck
tidy and clean and helping with the guidance of the crane as supply loads are moved
to the rig deck.
- help the roughnecks on the drill floor if they are too busy to get a break.
I worked as a roustabout in (EDC) from 2004 to 2005
During Working with Burgan Well drilling I have also worked with Saudi
Aramco in Saudi Arabia …
