May 2011 to May 2012 Researcher / UX Architect - Trinity Mirror Trinity Mirror regional newspapers (35 titles) migrated from a bespoke Cold fusion CMS to the Escenic CMS widget framework. The project entailed re-design of all regional websites, the creation of one standard set of templates for and a platform migration. It required a high level of Product Management – requirements gathering, workshops, market research, analysis and user research. This spanned Commercial (advertising, commercial partners and classifieds), Marketing (consumer marketing and promotional activity), Editorial, Technical and UX. Deliverables were end to end product architecture, the creation of a common content object library and a common patterns library. October 2010 to May 2011 Interaction Designer - BBC Digital Media Initiative Software application development project: The DMI project is transforming the way the BBC creates, uses and stores the material it produces for its programs. DMI team has created a networked digital content production system that enables easy management of broadcast content, effective sharing across locations, desk-top editing and archive management tools, replacing disparate legacy systems.
