Enterprise Network Service Programme: Pathfinder project management of Colts largest customers, solution
resolution to the customer’s tight timescales and internal restricted budget in order to maintain client engagement and
reduce fined cost/loss of revenue to Colt. Feeding into and enabling/scoping a programme of work to perform similar
solution resolutions to the entire Enterprise Network service of Colt. Preventing a loss to Colt, in the region of £50mil +

sub contracted companies and locally sourced engineers and resources across this global roll out. Financial, cost driven,
budget focussed programme implementation management work with a heavy focus on remote management of remote
global project teams within tight service level agreements.

This role provides business focus and direction for the Network and Communications (N&C) implementation within the
Defence Information Infrastructure (Future) - DII(f) - programme. The role encompasses leadership, planning, direction
and execution of the implementation of 5,000+ UADs across several hundred sites utilising several third party suppliers
and a 50+ strong programme and project management team in order to regain the initiative and delivery impetus for
the broader DII(f) programme. This is a critical implementation for the DII(F) programme achieving significant
implementation savings (£25m+) and affecting revenue streams in excess of £10m per year.
The role encompasses Delivery Project Management of change projects (£1m /month new business) this is a security
vetted, business focussed, cost driven role with extensive client relationship interface and expectation management.

Running of the day to day effort and management of a small marketing team within an up and coming productions
company. Initially taken on to manage a recently launched TV series. Major areas covered e-commerce and emarketing.
Colouricious upon my employment had recently finished filming of a new production for TV, a craft show aimed at and
involved with “Sky Style” and the “Country life channel” publics and demographic. The project team, headed up the
marketing for this programme.

 E-Commerce campaign involving a moderately sized 10,000 strong canvas, targeted email marketing campaign

 Inherited responsibilities included primary and use of secondary market research of the shows merchandise
and DVD production for post screen purchases.
