Inner Belt , Outer Belt to Maruti , Honda, Nissan , Renault , M&M , Tata , Ashok Leyland , Daimler & Many
more.
ALP have joint venture with Nishikawa rubber corporation Japan.

JOB PROFILE
 To handle all New product Development quality, Customer complaints & initiate quick containment
action, feedback, analysis of problems by using effective problem solving tools & techniques and submit
CA/PA as per customer specified format, Tracking and monitoring of Implementation & effectiveness of
counter measure.
 To coordinate all Customers & Suppliers visits and audits and maintain all records of the audits and
closure of the non conformity and scope of improvement points raised during audits.
 To identify the failure causes & problems of product & process by using PFMEA, SPC & 7QC TOOLS
& Process audit & product audit.
 To monitor the effectiveness of Quality Management systems (ISO / TS 16949:2009) & (ISO
9001:2008) implementation throughout the organization by conducting internal audit, Process &
Product audits & grasp the chances for possibility of Cost reduction, Quality & Productivity
improvements. Also carry out inter plant audits to check the effective implementation of the quality &
environment systems there.
 Deploying SPC tools for new products so as to take appropriate actions to achieve & maintain a state of
Statistical control & improve quality of product.
 Monitoring & analyzing quality trends (customer complaint, customer rejection, line rejection PPM,
effectiveness of CA/PA, etc).
 To act as team member of CFT for analyzing & reducing Internal and External failure & Improvements
in company & to do suppliers/ vendors audit to verify the countermeasures & corrective actions taken
by suppliers for quality improvements.

 To verify PPAP documents like MSA, CP CPK, PFMEA, material test reports, dimensional reports etc
during submission of PPAP to customer.

product to production & quality after achieving rejection target.

wheelers.

JOB PROFILE  To work as a process engineer & checking all parameters of process & specification of product as
defined in control plans & quality plans .
 To do product layout inspection as per customer drawing & provide layout inspection report to customer
