I am a B.Sc. Computer science, PGDCA, MCP (070-228), DISM (APTECH). In 4
years of professional career in Software development (using Visual basic
6.0, COM, COM+, VB.NET) & Database Administration with SQL Server 2000, I
have done Windows based 2-3 tier client/server projects related to HR,
Educational Societies, Accounts Payable & Supply Chain Management. With

Presently working as DBA & Server Support Specialist with GE Capital
International Services at their Gurgaon center from Jun 2005. My role is to
support 24x7 critical SQL Server Databases for EFT (ATM / Credit cards
Transactions) for some of the richest clients in UK. This includes Server
Configuration and Setup, Performance tuning, developing Server
Administration automation tools and ensuring 24x7 availability with high

can manage their agreement /contract documents online. System generates
required alerts such as Expiration date, Non payment of invoice faxes,
emails as configured. Site is under Secure Socket. Keeping agreement /
contract scans helps to review the same at any time in PDF format. Users
can record their verbal agreements. Recoded voice can be stored by
VendorTraq and can be played anytime to hear through the VendorTraq itself.

Desc: System is a sensitive and important part of Accounts payable module.
A/c payable processes clients' and related vendors' Invoices as Trimble's
Accounts extension. Discrepancies related to process are to be reported
through E-mails to related officials of different departments. To serve
the purpose, VB interacts with Qualcomm Eudora mail Client and mails are
generated automatically and sent as well. All the communication chain is
maintained for TO & FRO mails. System design is inspired from Request
Tracker (Best Practicals Inc.- RT) which is widely in use as a help desk
engine in US countries. For a particular mail / matter the complete
communication Chain is maintained by the system with great security.
Attachments to a the mails can be zipped on the fly as required in can of
size related issues. A number of mail related reports can be generated
trough the flexible front end.

Desc:The module is a part of ASK MANMAN ERP. Text formatted invoices are
uploaded through an automated intelligent scheduler system, which is
developed in VB 6.0. Invoices are converted in SQL Database and through
auto process module, these Invoices are processed under strict validation
and rules. Automatic Invoice processing is performed through the system
with a dynamic speed and accuracy. For 2000 invoices system takes 9-10
minutes to process and log the activity report with some production
related reports as well. Processed reports are converted into XML / MSExcel and sent back to clients for further process through Intelligent
Scheduler. Module can receive Invoice Image Scans in zip mode and can
Extract / Zip these scans for easy network transmission. Module is
providing audit facility in case of doubt related to auto process.
Invoices and POs are using Dual Screen forms.
