Compensation and Benefits Management





Administering the payroll management for the 300+ employees working within the business group, in
connection with the finance department, ensuring adherence to the WPS and UAE labour laws.
Supporting the salary preparation processes by way of attendance checks, salary additions by way of
increments, overtime etc. and also deductions viz., salary advances, fines/penalties.
Ensure proper follow-up and coordination activities related to visa and labor card renewals, issuance of
medical insurance cards, air-travel benefits and incentives are accorded in a timely and effective manner.
Implement strategic planning related to manpower budgets, in consultation with the finance department and
the management.
Evaluation of employee performance and preparation of appraisals for management review.
End-of-Service and Visa Formalities




Issuance of termination letters on advice of respective department heads and consultation with the top
management
Preparation of Final Settlement in adherence to the policies laid down by the UAE Labour Law.
Coordination with the PRO in matters related to Visa cancellation and completing exit formalities of the
employee.
Timely intimation to the PRO on matters related to visa and labor card, labor contract renewal of the
employees.
