The sixth session of an eight part series, Environment Day will give the thirtyfour person class an opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at a nuclear reactor plant and gain awareness of what goes into providing energy, learn about the thriving ecosystem surrounding the power plant and continue dialogue between community leaders about the ever-delicate balance between environmental preservation and stewardship and energy development and delivery. Unitil Corporation’s long-time support for this dialogue furthers its effort to ensure that small and local community needs are met.
