Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited is an Indian Government-owned telephone service

Devices business
Nokia has established itself as the market and brand leader in the mobile devices market in

consumer segments.
Nokia has three R&D centres in India, one each in Bangalore and Mumbai. The centres are
focused on next-generation packet-switched mobile technologies and communications
solutions to enhance corporate productivity. While all the three centers are an integral part
of Nokia’s global R&D infrastructure and therefore work on global projects, these centres do
play a pivotal role in assimilating local flavors from the market and act as a conduit for
