Create Your Own Genogram
A genogram is a map of several generations within a family, something like a family tree. By
convention, in genograms males are represented by squares and females by circles.
The genogram is expanded horizontally to include additional individuals within a given
generation, and vertically to document the family history across several generations. It
might be a good idea to make a rough draft before drawing the final version.
Directions:
 Given the information about genograms and your own personal information about your
physical traits and your environmental traits that has shaped your personality.
 Your genogram needs to be in color and show your traits, visually and through typed
paragraph explanation.
