detailed description of the commodities that your company sells.
To become a preferred supplier of Allegis Group, Inc., all
suppliers must be prepared to furnish the following
information:






Supplier Information Profile
Audited Financial Statements and/or annual reports for current year, plus
past two (2) years.
A minimum of three (3) business references with company names, addresses,
contact names, phone and facsimile numbers, electronic mail addresses,
length of relationships, and types of products and /or services being provided
to these companies.
An outline of their history and corporate relationships, including areas of
special expertise or strength.
An outline of any Total Quality Management program in which they are
involved. In addition, all certifications or awards received should be listed.
Certification for MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) or WBE (Woman Owned
Business) if applicable.
