 Product Development. Led a world-wide product team in the creation of a NEW web-based product that would involve the
integration of some existing technology and solutions with NEW technology. Creating a proven #1 market solution using Agile and Waterfall
practices combined. I owned the requirement gathering and documentation, contracts, protoyping, design selection, development,
monitoring, pricing , release and product launch. Sub-teams were located all over the world involving over 40 people.
 Financial Application Upgrade - Led multiple nation-wide project teams along with an external development vendor in the
planning, design, implementation and rollout of a SaaS-based financial solution, migrating from client-server architecture. Saving the
company 25% of their normal operating cost. I gathered requirements from both internal and external customers – forecasted the project
budget and timeline – identified the project resources – and led the implementation, test and support teams through the development of a
SAAS application solution requiring new features, bug fixes and the migration of a database. (I leveraged a mix of Waterfall & Agile
practices).
 Customers Service CRM Project. Led several nation-wide teams in the evaluation, piloting, recommendation and implementation
of a CRM solution for customer services and integration with a financial claims processing solution at a Fortune 50 company. The solution
also included the design and implementation of application and system monitoring for increased quality, uptime and customer service. I
worked very closely with consulting vendors such as BMC, Oracle and IBM Global Services – using RUP, Agile and Lean practices to meet a
very aggressive timeline and uncertain project scope. Teams involved 25+ people with members from the Business, IT, 3rd Party
consultants, and outsourced services. And technology included mainframes, CA HP and IBM software solutions.
