Forwarding cancellation - # # 91
To pick up a call in your pickup group - * * 3
Transfer call – flash or switch hook, extension, hang up.

External access: 245-7550
Internal access: 7550
Mailbox = Extension number
Security code – 0000 ( Please change to a number you can remember
between 4-15 digits)
Maximum length of a message – 3 minutes
Maximum amount of days for messages stored – 15 days
How to setup your voicemail:
From your phone:
Press message key or dial 7550
Enter security code – 0000
Change code
Say your name
Give a greeting
How to access voicemail:
From your phone:
Press message key or dial 7550
Enter security code
VOICEMAIL
How to access voicemail:
From off campus:
Dial 245-7550 (Long-distance dial 1-800-282-7201 or 1-740-245-7550)
When system answers press #
Enter mailbox number
Enter security code
From another phone with voicemail:
Dial 7550
When system answers press * #
Enter mailbox number
Enter security code
To transfer a call directly to voicemail:
Using multi-line phone – Press the transfer key and then dial 7550. When
the system answers, press * 8, then extension number of the party to whom
you wish to transfer the call, hang up.
Using single-line phone – Press the flash or switch hook then dial 7550.
When the system answers, press * 8, enter extension number and hang up.
To change your voicemail greeting:
Dial 7550
Enter security code
Enter 3 1 3
Follow the message prompts to completion
To change your security code:
Dial 7550
Enter security code
Enter 3 1 4
Follow the message prompts to completion
To find out who sent you a message along with the date and time:
Dial 0 0 while you are listening to the message.
