ahead of time, to a panel of judges and then judges have 5 minutes to ask questions. TSE is an individual event with no written
document to submit ahead of time. On the day of their competition there is a 100 question written exam and the student is given
15 minutes to present their speech, prepared ahead of time, to a panel of judges and then judges have 5 minutes to ask questions.
