AIR COMPRESSOR
A Kussmaul air compressor Model #091-9B-220, 240 volt driven shall be installed. The vehicle
mounted air compressor shall ensure that the air brake system is properly pressurized for
immediate response of the unit.
A pressure switch shall regulate operation and shall
automatically sense low air pressure in the brake system and restore the proper pressure.
The unit shall have no interference with the vehicle mounted air compressor and designed for
vertical mounting. The compact compressor shall have sealed bearings.
