scrap reduction and six piece hour /interior trim productivity improvement.
 Responsible for the development of the manufacturing process, equipment and tooling for GMX-130 1999
interior trim door panel program for Delphi transfer of business to Peregrine Inc. Manufacturing and part flow
improvements resulting in headcount reductions of (6) people in N-Body Kiefel vacuum forming and door panel

 Responsibilities included business case, specification, budget generation, budget management, and
purchase/installation and Program management of new 50,000 sq. /ft addition to Johnson Controls Corporate
headquarters in Plymouth Michigan.
 Task included defining scope of work, budgets, resource requirements and IT infrastructure integration
connectivity for the implementation of $4.5 million of capital equipment, tooling and the integration of the facility
into legacy IT systems for launch of prototype product development plant.
 Responsibilities included specification and development of new product development processes, prototype
manufacturing processes and product testing solutions and IT hardware and software infrastructures.
 Implementation of new facility included engineering offices, office support staff cubicles, Product Testing
Development laboratories and IT Hardware/software infrastructure to support new operation.
 New product development capabilities required implementation of new reverse engineering laser based CMM and
clay modeling shop that directly transferred data into various 3D Cad Modeling systems which resulted in over a
(6) month reduction in the product development lifecycles.
 Responsibilities included management of non union engineering staff i.e. process engineers, test engineers and
maintenance technician’s for the facilities automotive seating soft foam, metal seat frame and interior cloth plant.
