Yes I turned 58 in August 1. I know very well about the blood thinners, I to used to take them when I
developed blood clots in my legs, and blood clot in my lung.
Now. I have low platelets so I can not take any blood thinners.

Living, Inc. (a rehab facility where I lived) in Omaha from March 2007 - January 2008. Then, I only had
physical therapy 4 times each week from February - October 2008 (when I returned home to Bellevue, NE).
Since November 2008, I've continued exercising at the Air Force base gym 2 - 3 times each month.

Good luck remaining negative on your Hepatitis C testing (only a few more months)! Because I had blood
clots form in both of my legs after my airplane accident, I'm taking Coumadin (a blood anticoagulant) daily
--requiring a monthly blood test (i.e., pin prick of my finger) to determine if I should take more (or less) of
the Coumadin each day. My doctor told me that I'll need to take this medication for the rest of my life
(several more decades, hopefully)!
Speaking of age, didn't you turn 58 last August? I became 58 years old last November 4th.

Good to hear from you. I am @ home, have been since the Thursday before Thanksgiving.
I have home health helping us out. I have physical therapy, speech & occupational therapy twice a week.
Then i also have dialysis 3 days a week for 4 hours. Were hoping as I get stronger the kidneys will recover.
The good news is I am still negative from the Hepatitis C they cannot not detect any of it.
Dr said if you are still negative after 6 months of treatment after treatment you have been cured from it.
Thank God! That was what kinda started all my illness was the treatment from the Hep C it is like chemo.
Getting better & stronger ever day.

I was so sad to hear of your medical condition last year. I, too, am disabled--because of my airmail
airplane accident in 2007.
