AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $188,560 FROM THE
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE’S STATE CRIMINAL
ALIEN ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SCAAP), WITH NO
LOCAL MATCH, TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR SCAAP, AS
INITIATED BY REVISED B.T. 15-024; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Jacksonville:
Section 1.
Appropriation. For the 2014-2015 fiscal year,
within the City’s budget, there are hereby appropriated the
indicated sum(s) from the account(s) listed in subsection (a) to
the account(s) listed in subsection (b):

as “Revised Exhibit 1, Revised B.T. 15-024, February 18, 2015 –
Finance” and incorporated herein by this reference)

Section 2.
Purpose. The purpose of the appropriation in
Section 1 is to provide funding, with no local match, for the U.S.
Department of Justice State Criminal Alien Assistance Program.

Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective upon signature by the Mayor or upon becoming effective
without the Mayor’s signature.
