Corporate Demand Planner
The demand planning process is my responsibility. I coordinate communication between
sales and operations, which includes leading the S&OP process on a monthly basis. I
was hired to initialized demand planning and to establish a forecasting system using
Demand Solutions (DSFM) to forecast over 5,000 SKUs at 12 manufacturing plants. My
accurate forecast allows for precise capacity planning, which is critical for a company
that has quadrupled its business in less than a year. I am responsible for acquiring sales
volume and then coordinating with finance to develop the sales budget. I report to the
VP of sales the monthly accuracy of the budget to actuals. My day-to-day functions
include coordinating with sales on new product development and promotional inputs. I
am, also, responsible for gathering market information through customer collaboration
using SAP and Wal-Mart’s Retail Link.

Inventory Operations Manager
As an Inventory Operations Manager (Quality Assurance) I was responsible for a team of
inventory control associates that include exempt and non-exempt team members. We
operated a 24-hour, 7 day a week facility that challenged the team in meeting all of the
customers’ needs. I met productions goals while controlling operating costs. I worked
with a mechanized system in the perishable food section and I was responsible for the
accuracy of all inventories. I responded to the needs of both my team members and the
customer, the Wal-Mart Store. To do this I worked closely with our Systems, QC, Senior
Leadership, Corporate Buyers, and Store Management.

Demand Planning Analyst
In this position, I was responsible for assisting in the management of demand forecasts
through the facilitation of the S&OP process, which includes: Developing and
maintaining Operations forecasts at the SKU, Customer Planning Groups and warehouse
levels for 30, 60, and 90 day planning horizons. Creating and maintaining regressionbased forecast models utilizing SAP/APO Demand Planning software; while managing
and adjusting statistical model exceptions, such as significant outliers, insufficient
history, high-volume SKUS and Product Planning Groups, measuring forecast
inaccuracies, and adjusting model parameters. Other responsibilities are: Gathering and
validating market information through internal and external collaborations with the
customer and sales/marketing, which is then integrated into the monthly forecast load.
Managing new product introductions and the resulting cannibalizations. Conducting
regular meetings with the logistic planning team to update changes in supply plans and
facilitating the Demand and Operations Planning meetings. I was, also, responsible for
providing informational updates, ad-hoc, profit analysis, and end of month reports to
various levels of management. While in this position, I was instrumental in
implementing the change from Forecast Pro to SAP/APO Demand Planning software.
This included all testing, documentation, and team training.
Inventory Replenishment Specialist
My responsibilities included all activities relative to the smooth operation of the
Inventory Deployment process. I managed the replenishment activities, which included
lead-time control, forecasting, stock transfers, new items, seasonal build-ups, promotions
and introductions, and demand changes (i.e. volume shifts between DC’s.); as well as
controlling product aging and obsolescence. I facilitated resolution of replenishment
issues with planners, suppliers, carriers, and the individual MC/DCs and plants. I, also,
developed and met the requirements of specific Key Performance Indicators, such as
customer service levels and inventory turns. I was responsible for identifying and
quantifying system modifications to enhance the current replenishment process. My
responsibilities included the development of a complete suite of APO/SNP queries that
provided enhanced analytical tools and score-carding information from SAP R/3.
High Growth Coordinator
I worked with a team of high-specialized analysts to manage large national accounts in
order management. This group was highly visible to internal and external upper
management due to the large volume that was handled by my team and was expected to
performance at high levels of efficiency. While in this position it was my responsibility
to provide profit analysis reports on our accounts to the sales/marketing, logistics, and
finance departments.

I managed over thirty customer service agents. I ensured all agents received required
training needed to successfully process orders and handle inquiries or complaints from
our customers. I worked one-on-one with team members and the management team to
create efficient work processes. My responsibilities included evaluating team member
performance and providing coaching and feedback on their skill set. I analyzed service
reports and call patterns to improve KPIs using SAP reporting and CentreVu.
