The result is a collective group of individuals who each bring a little something unique and special to the pot which is directly evident when viewing the wide range of items we sell on eBay. Though we primarily focus on sporting goods, you will often find a lot more than that in our list of items for sale. Many of our items come to us via our eBay Drop Off location where we facilitate the sale of other peoples treasures on eBay who can't be bothered, who don't have the time, can't deal with shipping etc. We also work with local estate sale liquidation agents and defaulted storage unit purchasers, who often bring us some really unique and random items that you would not normally expect to find a sporting good seller selling. So as you can see, we are really quite diverse, so check back w/ us every now and again and see whats in store! <BR><BR> <img src="http://got.net/~down/images/beforeYouBuy.gif"> <BR> <ul> <li>Upon bidding, it is agreed upon that you have read, understand and agree to all of the following, for if you bid and are high bidder you are legally bound to follow through with sale of item as you aggreed to do when you signed up as an eBay user in the <a href="http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/user-agreement.html">User Agreement</a> section of your eBay application. <LI>It is agreed upon that at the time of bidding you have resolved and exhausted <b>all</b> and <b>any</b> questions concerning the item(s) of which you bid on. Understand we are not officianados of all things sellable. We rely on emails from other users at time of auction and post updated info promptly. We also service those who don't have the means to sell on eBay and sell for them, for a commission, through our eBay auction drop location. Many of the things people bring us are things we've never seen before. So please understand that just because it is listed under our name, it does not mean that we are dealers of that specific type of item. So help us, help you, to make sure you are educated about the item in question...simply ask us questions, so we better serve your needs. If you ask a question via email and we don't reply then please do not bid, for all of your questions have not been answered. We list items as thoroughly and as detailed as we can, and take pride in our photographs, but the only way to make sure that you get the item you think you are bidding on, is to ask all and any questions you may have about the item before bidding. We also suggest you use the internet to research product you yourself are unfamiliar with before bidding. So please, feel free to email us and ask any questions you have on your mind, or for more pictures,...for by bidding on any of our items, it is understood and agreed upon that we will not be held accountable for your assumptions about any product. <li>Upon bidding, it is understood that all sales are final and all items sold as is and unless otherwise stated, items are sold with no expressed or implied warranty or guarantee, with some exceptions of course. Simple as that. </ul> <BR><BR> <img src="http://got.net/~down/images/shipping.gif"> <BR> <BR> <img src="http://got.net/~down/images/fedex.gif"> <img src="http://got.net/~down/images/usps.gif"> <BR> <ul> <li>Under the Shipping and Payments tab of of the item you are interested in, it clearly states we, and I quote, "Will usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment." That is a obligatory contract we have with eBay and you. We promise to ship within 5 business days. Now, upon reviewing our feedback we are known for shipping a little faster than that, but for disclaimer purposes, do not expect your item to ship in less than 5 business days. If we do happen to do so faster then great. <li>We are pretty mellow guys. We don't panic. We don't freak out. We don't sell life threatening or life saving items such as prescription drugs etc, so we feel that no sale we make should be considered life threatening or life saving, and therefore, really not worth totally freaking out about. Please do not buy and item you "just gotta have!!!!" by a certain time, or because its a birthday present for someone in "X" number of days etc. We don't ship next day, even though we do frequently, and we don't ever stray from our policy, no matter what. There are simply no exceptions, ever. We feel that having a set game plan works best and when you stray from that you create gray areas , so we have rules and you can live by them. <li>We are closed Wed & Thursday <LI>If you purchase anything between late Tuesday and Friday morning, you order will be processed Friday afternoon and most likely shipped out that Saturday or Monday. <li>If you purchase anything between late Saturday and Tuesday morning, your order will process Tuesday afternoon, most likely to ship Wednesday. <li>We usually ship out packages at least twice a week, sometimes more depending on the volume of sales/packages going out. <li>Smaller items usually weighing in under 6 lbs and that are not oversized will usually be shipped USPS Priority mail w/ USPS Delivery Confirmation label. Heavier and bulkier packages such as bicycles, frames, wheels etc will be shipped via our FedEx Ground account. We will not ship on your shipping companies account. No exceptions. <li>INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS, please read item description and SHIPPING: SEE ALL DETAILS link of the specific item to see if an item is available for international shipping. Some heavy, large or other parcels will not be open to international bidders. If an item is closed to international bidders, but you do have a US address we can ship those items to that US address. If you email me and tell me you have a US domestic lower 48 state shipping address we will lift the International bidder block from your account. US Domestic shipping charges specified on auction page may or may not apply to Alaska or Hawaii if its a large item to be shipped via Fed Ex Ground, as these items must be shipped air, not ground service, so it is the general understanding that no large items designated for Fed Ex Ground shipping to lower 48 states are available for Alaska or Hawaii bidder unless they too provide a lower 48 state shipping address which we can ship to, then they can ship it to you. This rule also applies to PO Boxes. For some reason Fed Ex had a real problem w/ Po Boxes. </ul> <BR><BR> <img src=" http://got.net/~down/images/ItemCondition.gif"> <BR> <ul> <li> At AuctionBlockOnline, we understand that to buy a previously owned item you have not seen, from an eBay Seller you have not met, requires a leap of faith. That is why we make every effort to accurately and fairly describe our items to our customers via text and to accurately represent the item via numerous photos, to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned items, the condition is subjective. Any errors are unintentional and at best should be very minor such as small, minor, cosmetic imperfections unless otherwise noted above. <LI>Please be advised that 'used' or 'previously owned' items may to some degree show superficial signs of normal use such as scuffs, scratches, chips, creases, small dings/dents, signs of installation and removal, and wear that you would not expect from purchasing a new item...and any more note worthy condition issues than such will be mentioned above. If this is something that concerns you, please do not purchase the item from me, and buy a new from another seller. <LI>For specific item condition classification, please read the "Item Specifics Condition" under the "Description" tab of the item description. The following is an example: <li> New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used.
