Letters of Invitation for Family Members Attending Commencement
Strayer University will provide students who have successfully completed the degree conferral
application and who have registered for commencement with letters of invitation for their
family members living abroad to document the purpose of their travel to the United States.
Please complete the form below if you seek letters of invitation for family members who live
abroad to attend commencement.
Please ensure you register for a commencement ceremony at www.strayer.edu/graduation
before submitting this application.

Letters of invitation will be sent to your home address and will arrive in five to seven business
days after you submit the completed form to commencement@strayer.edu. Only emailed
submissions of this form are accepted. Please note: Strayer University can only document the
purpose of your family member’s travel to the United States as attending a commencement
ceremony; Strayer University is not responsible for denied Visa applications.
