present the following information and other interesting aspects that you find meaningful to
project management:
1. What triggered the initiation of the project?
2. Describe the features/scope of the “product or service” created by the project? Also
describe how it may have evolved?
3. What were the resources/costs allocated to the project?
4. What were the key persons involved in the project and what were their roles
5. Create a task breakdown structure for the project.
6. What are the key components of the final product?
7. Create the project schedule based on the facts and your best estimation.
8. Identify all the strategic partners on the project.
9. What are the project team cultures and leadership related issues?
10. Describe any reasons for cost overrun and schedule delay.
11. Summarize the lessons learned (good and bad) from this project.
Make a presentation with PowerPoint slides for 30~45 minutes.
