of M/S Hero Moto corp. for the manufacturer of Electrical and Electronic components for two wheelers and four
wheelers. It has entered into Technical collaboration with M/S Shindengen Electric Mfg. Co. Ltd. Japan. It
Manufactures products like automotive combination Switches, Automotive Wire Harnesses, Resistor Assembly, Cap
Assembly Noise Suppressor, Regulator Rectifier and Capacitor Discharge Ignition. Main customers are Hero Moto,
Honda and Yamaha Motors. Presently the company annual turnover is 400 Crore.






To ensure proper implementation of ISO/TS-16949:2009 & EHS Systems within the department.
Making MIS in every month.
To ensure Planning & conducting periodic supplier audits.
To collect regular feedback from process quality on Supplier quality issues and carries out suitable counter
measures.
Participation in product & process audit and Daily Red Bin Analysis.
Conducting process improvements and training at suppliers end for quality improvement.
Doing the layout inspection of sheet metal, Machining, casting, rubber and wire parts.
Conducting supplier quality rating and timely appreciation of supplier for best contribution.
To attend plant level quality reviews to provide support on SQA matters.
To manage design change activity at suppliers end whenever there are any changes in design.
Gives the team guidance in preparing the Supplier for TS 16949 certification.
Supports the Managers Vendor development in assessing the quality related parameters of existing and
new Supplier.
Involvement in cost reduction activity.
Process and Product Audit as per Plan.
Review of Daily Rejection at In House and Customer End through Daily Red Bin Meeting.
To carry out action plan for the non -conformance in process & product.
To interact with customer to resolve the Quality Issues.
To carry out SPC studies for the Crimping Process.
