FILM STUDIES CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Application Form
The Film Studies Certificate Program enables students to obtain an interdisciplinary
concentration in film studies. The Program requires 18 credit hours (6 courses) which
have been approved by Certificate Program Advisors. Students are required to take FIL
3006 Introduction to Film Studies and ENG 4121 History of Film. Students may choose
the remaining 4 courses from each semester’s PantherSoft Class Schedule (search by
the keyword ‘film’ in each department).
Students are required to take a minimum of 2 courses from departments other than
English.
This second application must be filled out and returned along with the first to Barbara
