APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 13(A) or 13(G) NON-QUOTA IMMIGRANT VISA
Visum für Immigranten ohne Einwanderungsquota, 13(A) oder 13(G)
All documents in German or other foreign language must be accompanied by an English translation done
by a certified translator.
Except for the Application Form, all documents should be submitted in three (3) sets -- 1 original and 2 photocopies.
The Embassy reserves the right to require the submission of additional supporting documents when necessary.
13(a) Visa for Wife or Husband or unmarried Minor Children of Filipino Citizens
1. Duly accomplished visa application form – in three originals
2. Nine (9) passport-size photos taken within the last six months, of which: 6 photos – full
frontal view; 3 photos – right-side profile view showing earlobes
3. Valid Passport, with a validity of at least one year
4. Proof of citizenship of Philippine spouse (e.g. Philippine passport)
5. Marriage Contract
 For those married in the Philippines: Marriage contract issued on NSO security paper
 NOTE: If the spouses are not using the same surname in their passports, then the
marriage contract must be authenticated by the DFA
 For those married in Germany: International Marriage Contract (Auszug aus dem
Heiratseintrag - Formule B)
 For those married in other foreign countries: Marriage Contract authenticated by the
Philippine Embassy/Consulate that has jurisdiction over the place where the marriage
took place
6. Birth Certificate of the applicant
 For those born in Germany: International Birth Certificate (Auszug aus dem
Geburtseintrag - Formule A)
7. Birth Certificate of unmarried children under 21 yrs of age joining the applicant, if any
 For those born in Germany: International Birth Certificate (Auszug aus dem
Geburtseintrag - Formule A)
8. Police clearance (Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)
9. F.A. Form no. 11 and medical examination report signed by the examining physician
including the actual test results for blood, stool, urine and x-ray; and x-ray plate (i.e., digital
version saved in a compact disc or life-size chest x-ray plate placed in a large envelope)
 IMPORTANT: Laboratory and x-ray tests must have been taken not more than six
months before the date of targeted entry/arrival in the Philippines.
10. Documentary proof/evidence of sufficient financial resources to support one’s self and family
in the Philippines (e.g., bank statement, pension or retirement benefits, land titles)
11. Personal appearance and interview at the Embassy
 NOTE: The interview will be scheduled after the applicant submits ALL of the above
requirements.

13(g) Visa for returning natural-born Filipinos who were naturalized as citizens of foreign
countries and their foreign spouses
1. Same requirements as 13(A) applicants except item no. 4 above.
2. Proof of former Philippine citizenship (e.g. old Philippine passport and Birth Certificate in
NSO security paper)
3. Naturalization Certificate (Einbürgerungsurkunde)

Any person bringing into the Philippines foreign currency in excess of USD 10,000 must accomplish
and submit the FCOFEDBMI Declaration Form, which is available at the Customs Desk in the
Arrival/Departure area of the port of entry.
