CPCC’s Information Services and Call Center provides information to the community by assisting anyone that inquires about the college. This department connects customers to the appropriate college areas by providing good customer service and answers to frequently asked questions.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center serves CPCC students, staff, and faculty on all six campuses. The Center’s mission is to enhance student success through healthy lifestyle programming and to support the CPCC community by identifying resources and services to assist with life challenges.

Disability Services

The Disability Services Office at Central Piedmont Community College provides academic accommodations and auxiliary aids/assistive technology to students with a documented disability. It is the mission of Disability Services for students with disabilities to have equal access to learning at CPCC.

Admissions/Registration

The Admissions/Registration Departments support the mission of the College by providing convenience and accessibility through offices at six CPCC campuses and by offering a variety of options and services online. Outreach and Recruitment

The Outreach & Recruitment Office provides information to high school students, parents, faculty, and the community to educate and promote the value of a lifelong education, and to recognize CPCC as a valuable educational option. The International Programs and Services office is committed to supporting the academic and personal growth of F-1 international students at CPCC. Transfer Resource Center

The Transfer Resource Center (TRC) assists students who want to transfer from CPCC to 4-year colleges and universities.

Students can take freshman and sophomore-level courses at CPCC and transfer the courses to a 4-year institution to complete their junior and senior years. The TRC offers a variety of resources and support including personalized advising and 4 year college/university research.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office is here to support students as they apply for aid and search for avenues that will help them in funding their education. Every day CPCC assists students with their requirements, financial aid applications, and supporting documents in order to be awarded financial aid. The Financial Aid Office also connects students to scholarship opportunities when needed.

Veterans Resources Center

The Veterans Resource Center at CPCC is a place for veterans and those who are a part of the veteran community to be supported in their academic, career, and personal endeavors. Student Success Centers

Student Success Centers connect students with resources that help them reach their educational, life, and career goals. The SSC provides students a centralized location to obtain information and guidance, goal clarification, answers to questions, tutorial assistance, advising and counseling, and access to all enrollment services. Academic Learning Center

ALC is a tutoring center available to serve the academic needs of the students at CPCC. For any student enrolled in a curriculum course that needs individual assistance in addition to that which they are receiving in the classroom, CPCC has caring qualified staff who are ready to help them learn. The ALC is committed to helping students in three crucial areas; overcoming difficulties with academic coursework, promotion of independent learning and proactive endowment of students with skills necessary to promote academic and life-long learning success.

The Service-Learning Center serves as a liaison between instructors, students, and placement site coordinators that provide service opportunities for students. TRiO Student Support Services is a federally funded program through the Department of Education Office of postsecondary education. The TRiO-Student Support Service’s mission is to empower Central Piedmont Community College students to persist and graduate from the college. We do this by providing a variety of support services that meet the student's academic, personal and social needs.
