I’m happy to say, the system I’m about to share with you will assist all of

Many of my clients, women entrepreneur’s, following this business model live
a very happy, fulfilled, abundant, balanced, wealthy lifestyle and are passionate
about their businesses.
How are they able to do this?
Most of them will tell you one of the key factors to their success was how
we revised the way conducted business. We set it up based on the way they
ultimately wanted to live their life and by taking back control of their time,
ultimately gaining freedom.

So this is a big key to the success of our Simply Wealthy 6+ figure Success
System is that it’s simple in structure and you see results quickly. You can
keep building and growing your business using the same model over and over
again, which makes it easier and easier each time you do it.
Sure you may feel out of your comfort zone in the beginning because it’s a
new way of working. Sure you still have to do the work, sure you still have
to take action and YES you have to get out of your own way …but the
model itself is easy and very powerful in generating the income you desire –
whatever that magic number may be!
We don’t go into business to work all the time, we go into business
to make money to allow for the lifestyle freedoms we desire.
What’s the point of making money if you are going to be working the whole
time? Does this mean you won’t need to put a little elbow grease and
thought into it? No way, but this model is set up to make the most out of
your time and allow you to share yourself one too many.
If someone wants your 1 to 1 time, they will have to pay a premium in order
to get a piece of your precious time. The cool thing is, the way I will help you
set up your program makes everyone feel like they are getting what they
want, at the level they feel comfortable with.
When your clients are ready to grow, there is a program for them to grow
into. It’s a win-win and that is how I work everything in my business.
One of the biggest take aways from this is to just take action. Instead of
wishing and waiting for an outcome or thinking you are too busy and there is
no other way to do business, understand and know that there is another
way. Understand and know that there are people, coaches like me and many

Step 1: Laying the Success

I’m going to assume at this point that you are already a coach or consultant,
or heart centered solo-preneur of some type, that you have a pretty good
idea of who your target market is. Your niche, expertise, is pretty defined
and you already have some customers. [If not, that is TOTALLY okay, you
are still in the right place.]
Many times I have found that if you are not attracting enough customers,
you very well may need to go back to redefining your perfect client and
honing in on what we call your Authentic Signature Niche, creating a niche
that you are so focused on one group of people, solving problems that are
unique to them in which you’ve become the go to person in that field.
If you don’t know EXACTLY who your target market is, what IT is that you
do – that you are known for, and if you can’t tell someone in about 3
sentences what you do specifically, if you don’t have enough or any
customers, if you need a system…

Step 2: Start thinking in groups &
packages:
In order to live freely, we must work smartly. Instead of the old 1-1 coaching
model, I now coach in groups and only my high- end, Platinum or VIP clients
receive 1-1 coaching.
Even though you may think this takes away from the personal touch, applying
this to your business actually creates energy amongst your customers that
you can’t do alone.
Your clients will share scenarios, challenges, stories and more that others
will be able to relate to. It’s comforting knowing that others are in the same
boat themselves.
It also frees up more time for you, which in turn means that you will have
more energy and can create and develop more. Teaching this way allows you
to share your gifts with more people… In a nutshell, you are able to give
back more fully to your clients, to the world!

Another effective time management strategy is to sell your services in
packages. Re-purpose your products and services dependent upon the
platform you may be using by separating or grouping together items to make
a great package.
Selling your services in packages and groups will free up your time, you are
no longer working dollar for hours. It’s just plain exhausting working the old
1-on-1model. You can only do this for so long before you burn out and it’s
limited because there are only so many hours in the day.
When you package your services, you can charge a premium price because
your clients are getting more value, without getting more of YOU.
The key to packaging is having an Authentic Signature System. This particular
subject is much more comprehensive than what I show here and that I
discuss in detail in my Passion, Purpose, Profit class.
So let’s see if I can give you the basic concept in its simplicity where you will
still find great rewards and be able to apply it to your own Simply Wealthy
6+ figure success model.
Step 3: Create your own Authentic
Signature System
One golden nugget that I want to share before we get started, during the
creation of your Simply Wealthy 6+ figure Success Model is to always create
your products and services so that you are being paid for the outcome to the
solution you create.
One more time, your business, products and services solely revolve around
getting paid for the outcome to the solution you create. It really is that
simple. Your customers have a problem, you solve it.

This is also the main idea in creating your Signature System.
So, what IS a Signature System?
Basically it’s a series of steps that you take your clients through that will
bring them to the end result or outcome they desire.
This is so appealing to your clients because when you can tell them you help
solve problem “x” with your 5 part (3 part, 6 part, 8 part, etc) system that
will produce “this” result, people get excited!
They know you have it figured out, that you are the expert, because you
have a system that will solve their problem. Your clients love this! The key is
to stay one step ahead of your customers, stay focused on this particular
niche and you’ll soon be on your way to becoming the go-to expert in your
filed!
Our society wants solutions and they want them quickly. When you can take
this and put your creativity stamp to it and make it doable, it’s reassuring to
them because there is an end in sight, a solution.
The clarity you have about your own Authentic Signature System is so
important because this is the core concept to everything you teach within
your business. Once you have this in place, you will get spin offs to create
other programs and products.
Many have their own Authentic Signature System but they just haven’t
identified it as this yet. It’s the thing you teach over and over again, the steps
that give your clients the transformational outcomes they are looking for and
many times you are already teaching.

Success Tips:
1.)
Keep the focus on the results your client will get when they work with
you, rather than what you do, or your techniques that you use. Your
clients are not buying coaching or your services from you, (GASP goes
our ego!!!), they are buying what their life will look like and how it will
be different when their “problem” is completely healed and resolved.
2.)
Another great tip is to sell your clients what they want, THAN you
can give them what they need. You really want to gear your thinking
and focus on this through-out your sales and marketing efforts.
If you don’t know what this is, just ask. I promise they will tell you.
Once they are following you, you can assist with the elements that you
know the must have to make a difference but this isn’t usually what
they are buying in the first place.
Creating your own Authentic Signature System:
I do a whole course on creating this, but in its most simplistic basic form here are
the steps to creating your own Signature System:
1.) What is outcome or result that you offer? Be specific . . .
2.) What is the first step your client would take to get to that outcome?
3.) Now list the next steps…2nd, the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th, the 6th…Keep doing
this until you totally step into your outcome and the result you offer.
4.) If a step seems too big, break them into two or three steps

5.) Name each step, than name your overall system. This now becomes your
Authentic Signature System.
6.) Be very specific, have only one concept, problem or result that you are
solving and creating steps for.
This process can be used for every single thing you create, but even better you
can take just bits and pieces of the full system and sell that separately. For
example, I teach a class on Creating your Authentic Signature Niche but that is
only 1 step in my entire Passion, Purpose & Profits class.

The OLD 6+ figure Profit Pyramid
Originally, the steps that I had my clients taking to reach 6 figures, was a bit more
involved. Even though the original plan was scaled back quite a bit, it was still
pretty involved logistically. I felt that some of my clients were still struggling to
integrate everything in a short time frame.
I show you the old way so that you have something to compare the
new version to and so that you can see that you can be SO much more
efficient, make more money, reach more customers (so you are sharing your
gifts with many more people and isn’t that what we are here for?) and have less
production time creating content with this streamlined version.
If you are not interested in this, just skip to the new version . . . Step #4
on page 17.
With the new model you become so focused and get so good at what you are
training on that not only do you become the go-to expert but you become very,
very efficient in what you are doing.
I called my original model the 6+figure Profit Pyramid and it looked something like
this:
1. Starting with the bottom of the pyramid, write in what your "freebie", or
trial offer. This could be success tips sent each week or even a
subscription to your ezine/newsletter.
2.
Go a step up and sell perhaps a short audio, or report for about $7 or
$10
3.
Next step: We call this the "Success Spot", usually this item will be
between $17-$57 and if someone buys this normally you have a client

that will follow you up the Success Pyramid and purchase other services
or products.
4.
Now we are at level 4: This next product or service goes here, perhaps
it's a 5 day tele-series training workshop, or 6 CD audio, maybe a group
mastermind coaching . . . price is usually around $247.
5.
Level 5 is at the very top of the pyramid: This should be a group
coaching class for 4-6 weeks, a VIP day or 3 months of mastermind
meetings. The price point should be around $997.
6.
Then we have the big old sunshine, the thing that just makes you giddy,
makes you smile, it's the bright spot, the ray of sunshine of your
business. It's the Crème de la crème of all of your products and services.
Place your Top, Signature service in the circle of the sunshine. This
could be a 6 - 12 month 1-1 coaching services, this would be the top
clients that get your time. Usually this would be anywhere from $6,000 $10,000 – the ski is the limit, this service needs to have incredible value.
The point in working your business model like this was to get your customer to
trust you in the beginning and get a taste of your services at a very low price
point and as their comfort level grew, they would work their way up to the profit
pyramid.
While the concept was a good one, only a ¼ of my clients were actually
successful at duplicating it, basically because they were on implementation
overload, and this percentage of success wasn’t good enough for me.
I wanted to help more people succeed.
So one day I stripped down my entire website. Pretty crazy now that I look back
and think of all of the work that was gone within a matter of minutes.
I took down all of my products and my services. (I had over 12 full blown
products and services that I offered!)

I wanted a 6+ figure business model that had a big impact for my clients but
wasn’t so involved and didn’t take as long to create. I felt that in order to be in
alignment with my customers I needed to give them a good example of how this
would work and do it myself. I wanted to walk the walk. So, I decided to create

You want to attract as many customers to you as possible. Everyone
says that the money is in the list. And, for the most part they are right.
Building your customer list from the start with highly targeted
customers that are attracted to you and your services definitely makes
your job easier.
Does this mean that if you don’t have a customer list that you can’t do
this system? NO WAY!
You can begin attracting customers to you in so many ways:
1.) Get out behind the computer and network in person. While you are
networking share with attendees that you have a special gift that
you’d like to share with them.
2.) If you are new, make a list of people you think may be a good fit for
your services and just give them a call and tell them you were
thinking of them and you have a program designed with them in
mind. It will make them feel special.
3.) Social media is huge and you can go to targeted groups and
participate in discussions to attract people to your list.
4.) My favorite list building is connecting with joint venture partners that
compliment my services and mine theirs. I either interview them or
we share bonus give-aways to help each other grow our lists. It’s a
win-win!
I have a ton of ways to help you attract the right customers, hopefully
you already have a customer list, but if you don’t we can help you with
that too!
Once you have connected with your perfect customer, you want to
have something fabulous to give them!

You want your freebie to be something of great value that will really
assist your customer. They will come to trust you and be eager for
more good information from you. My favorite give-aways come in the
form of a “Kit” which created by grouping together items to make it
valuable.
An example of this would be audio+ebook, 3 part series – could be
written, audio or a popular method is video. Many customers say that
after offering a 3 part teaching video prior to a tele-class that their turnout for the class went up dramatically.
My other favorite way to attract customers is via complimentary
breakthrough sessions. These are very specific sessions where I assist
my customers with certain challenges, setting up goals, etc.
Again, there is a lot that goes into these sessions so that they are done
correctly otherwise you may not be helping your customers or your
business at all.
I love these because 1.) I know that my customers get incredible value
from them 2.) It keeps my pulse on what my customer’s needs and
problems are.
In our Passion, Profits & Purpose class I assist you on how to set these
up from A-Z. This is one of the biggest ways I can suggest to anyone
who needs to boost their bottom line, or gain customers especially in
your higher end programs. In fact, I will not accept anyone into my
Platinum or VIP Empowerment 4u! 1-1 Coaching Programs without
doing a Business Breakthrough Success Session first.

Some key points regarding complimentary coaching sessions:
1.) Make sure you are specific with the name of your
session.
2.) Have bullets points that your customer will experience
while they are in this session.
3.) Follow “the” script and refer back to how your
services are connected to your client’s needs and/or
challenges. Done right, in the end your client will sell
themselves on if this is the right fit or not.
4.) Never sell, this is all about your customer and helping
them. This doesn’t mean you won’t share your services
with your customers but how I set up the call, they are
asking me to learn more, not the other way around.
5.) Be detached from the outcome. I know you can help
each person some just aren’t ready for your help yet.

Component #2: Big pay days
through LIVE group classes: $997
per person
About 2 – 4 times a year you receive a big influx of money by offering
LIVE or Virtual Boot camps. When you design this class this will be the
core to everything you do here.
This is taken from your Authentic Signature System. Normally you
would set the weeks to the steps that you have in your Signature
System or you can just take a portion of your system. The more focused
the better!
Because of this price point, I like to stick right around 6 weeks or less.
Within that time frame I actually get to see transformations being made
and that is huge for me and my clients. Anything more than this, it
usually gets hard for people to make the commitment to show up every
week and attendance will begin to fall off. Plus, remember this is all
about your time as well.
It takes about 2 weeks to really get my customers in the habit of doing
something a little different and begin to learn and embrace what they are
doing, to get “in the habit of” and just feel comfortable in opening up
with the rest of the group. The other 3 weeks are complete creation,
implementation and action mode.

Component #3: Self Study Course Passive income: $497 per person
price point
While maybe you aren't just laying on the beach (however I DO work at
the beach and poolside!) what passive means, is that you are able to do
the work once and it repays you over and over again.
How we work this program is by recording your LIVE or virtual boot
camp and turning it into self-study modules. You will then take the audio
recordings and any workbook or teaching tools you used in the course
such as checklists, worksheets, forms, etc and apply this to your selfstudy modules which will become your passive income part of this
model.
You do not coach, this is all self study. You are not re-creating anything.
You are just repurposing the information that you already have from the
boot camp into a self study course.
I suggest keeping this course the same length as your LIVE or virtual
boot camp. Name it the same as your boot camp course too. This way
you can reuse the sales copy, logos, etc as well.
There are many programs and ways you can set up your self-study
modules. Here are just a few to assist you.

 Jigsaw Box: Designed and owned by Nicola Bird another fabulous
coach as well! This program really was designed with coaches in
mind, you can post videos, audio, supporting documents and set up
questions to get your clients to participate.
It’s very interactive and you can use this in your VIP/Platinum
Coaching as well as your self-study passive income. For the passive
income you just set it up so you don’t give a response, it’s more
action steps for them to take on their own. For the Platinum
coaching you’d actually respond to the questions that are answered
at the end of each module – genius!
At time of writing this Nicola’s pricing started at about $67 for the

 Ning: includes a forum, so if you are looking for something that is
more active, this might be good for you. You can post your forms,
your audios and it allows for your customers to have their own
pages and network between themselves. This is a bit more upkeep
than I have time for, but many coaching friends love this. They have
different packages dependant on what you are looking for that range
from $2.95 - $59.95.

Component #4: Platinum or VIP,
Premium service clients: $5,997*
for 6 months
Platinum clients are your high paying clients that pay premium prices for
your time to assist them with specific transformations. You coach them
1-1 or in small private groups on how to get the outcome they desire.
The structure of this program can actually be a very high end
mastermind group or 1-1 coaching based on your content within your
LIVE boot camp.
Give these clients the self-study program as a bonus gift and have them
work through the modules then each week, meet with them for 30 -45
minutes. OR, you can do a high-end mastermind group that you meet
w/semi-weekly or monthly. This is different than the LIVE boot camp
because it’s either a very, very small group of people or 1-1 coaching.
You are assisting them with their personal questions, challenges and
really keeping them accountable. Remember, your client’s time is
valuable so you don’t need to overwhelm them with coaching.
Sometimes what your clients need most is flexible access to you. So if
you offer 6, 30 minute coaching sessions then maybe couple this up with
3, 15 minute emergency calls to you, or weekly email access. Just be
very specific on what you offer including hours, times, limits,
expectations, etc. Otherwise it’s very easy for this to get a little out of
control and take up much more of your time then you expected.
The right client is happy to pay the premium costs to get this time with
you because they will normally produce higher results with this type of
1-1 attention in a shorter amount of time.

The pricing on this is really up to how confident you are in your skillset
and many times I work with my clients on how to increase what they
charge. Mostly, I suggest not going under $1200 a month based on a 6
month program, but this again is truly what you are comfortable
working with.
The price point of $5,997 is actually very reasonable for a pay in full
price for 6 months and I chose this because I can get most of my clients
to feel really good about this price point, but I suggest as you get more
comfortable to go higher.
You have to know, understand and believe that what you will be sharing
will be way more valuable than what you charge.
I honestly believe what I charge is a complete steal compared to the
results and outcomes my clients experience.
Optional - VIP Day: $1997 per person
If you don’t want to do the long term 1on1coaching, a great alternative is
conducting a VIP Day. I do both and get high satisfaction out of conducting
both, but to keep this simple. I suggest choosing one or the other to get
started.
These are awesome for what I call “cash injection days” as well. These days
are super rewarding for you and your customer because you see quick
transformations in your clients. For about $1997 you can offer a VIP Day. I
have gone as high as $8,500 on these days but it depends on what is
included travel, hotel or something super special for the client, etc.
$1997 is a good Virtual VIP Day price point. Sometimes I’ll even do super
bonus days and give this to my clients for $1,597 which is an incredible deal
for 5+ hours of my time.

This is taking the EXACT information that you taught in the boot camp, but
you teach it all in 1 day. Usually it’s over a 5 hour period with breaks. You
can do this LIVE and in person or you can do it LIVE or virtual over the
phone.
If you do this LIVE, it’s nice to add some VIP elements to this package such
as a spa, lunch, nice hotel, etc. Just make sure you include a charge for this
premium package.
What happens is that your client receives this information and your 1-1
time in a very intense coaching session that you conduct over a ½ day
period with 15 minute breaks in between steps.
These are great because your client really receives that one on one
attention they desire, and you already have the course material, so it’s not
like you have to re-invent anything.
I see transformational results very quickly from these sessions.
Always, always get testimonials from all of your clients, but especially from
your VIP clients. It is often commented that clients feel they get extreme
value out of these sessions. A lot is accomplished in a very short amount of
time, so it’s definitely an exhilarating experience for both you and your
client.

You never run out of what you want to teach and you always know what you will

Everything you do will be from your LIVE boot camp. See, if you do your boot
camp first you can take the recordings and any class forms you used and use this
for your self-study program, your passive income.
From there you give the clients that desire personal attention the LIVE 1-1
coaching, or very private group coaching say up to 5 people in each class. The
self study program becomes a free bonus to them and then you coach them LIVE
in your sessions based on the weekly self-study modules.

Where “the overwhelm” comes for most clients is when it comes to
