THIS AGREEMENT LIST AND INSTRUCTIONS
Users of this laptop are subject to a minimum $50 fine for any software, hardware, or
accessories missing or damaged as a result of misuse. Any damage to the unit that
requires repairs or replacement parts may be billed to personal or department
accounts depending upon the situation. The user is not responsible for hardware or
software damage that might result from normal operations, such as hard disk failure.
NOTE: All laptops are re-templated upon their return to ITSMedia, therefore
anything installed during use will be removed. Once the laptop is returned, ITSMedia
is not responsible for any lost physical items found in the bag, or data that was stored
on the laptop.
