Notice to Shippers
Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) and Terminal Security Charge Increase (TSC)
Higher bunker fuel prices have continued to add significantly to vessel operating costs.
As a result Hanjin Shipping advises that the Bunker Surcharge Factor (BAF) for
shipments to South East Asia and destinations via Singapore (Except Europe) will
increase to the following amounts:
20'GP
US$ 345.00
40'GP
US$ 590.00
20'RF
US$ 345.00
40'RF
US$590.00
In addition the TSC (Terminal Security Charge) for export shipments ex Sydney /
Melbourne / Brisbane to all destinations will increase to the following amount:
US$ 7.00 per container
The effective date for BAF is 11th June 2011 and TSC is 16th June 2011
