 We are one of the first Black Empowerment Company to receive a contract to
modernise a six-car group high-rise gearless job (27 stops) at Logistic House, which is
a Propnet initiative.
 Affirmative Lift cc has currently completed a contract to modernise lifts at Sun City,
Palace Hotel.
 With our complete modernization kid Affirmative Lift cc has successfully converted
Otis duplex DC machine and controllers to AC VVVF duplex passenger elevators at
Far East Rand Hospital.
 We have successfully install Head Gear Lift, 56-metre travel at Impala Platinum.

Affirmative Lift cc also supplies a complete range of elevator controllers conforming to
the SABS 1545 code of practice. The controllers are designed to suit any make of lift
available on the South African market. The controllers have been installed all over
South Africa by one of the major lift companies; see attached is a detailed list of
controllers installed.

Heading the team is Joseph Goqo who owns 50% of AFFIRMATIVE LIFT CC, and his currently the
Manager.Joseph has worked in the elevator industry for the past seventeen years. He served his
apprenticeship with Sabiem Elevators. He then joined Schindler Lifts where he worked in the construction
and modernisation departments. In 1998 he branched out on his own, trading as Schintech cc specializing in
sub-contracting, repairs, servicing and modernisation work to most of the major lift companies.

Construction and installation of Electric Lifts, and is TUV Certificate.
