Note (1) - For your information please note the following in relation to judgment mortgages. Where
a creditor is owed money by a debtor it is open to him/her to apply to the court for a judgment. To
affect registered property, a judgment given by a court has to be registered in the Land Registry and
it then becomes a judgment mortgage.
Note (2) - The function of the Property Registration Authority in this matter is purely administrative.
If you have any queries they should be addressed to the plaintiff.
