Warrant of arrest for disobedience In the Claim No. County Court (order to attend court for questioning) Warrant No. Claimant Defendant SEAL To the bailiffs of the court and every constable within the district of the court: On sitting at found that 20 , [His] [Her] Honour Judge of committed a breach of the order to attend court for questioning dated in contempt of court and ('the judgment debtor') had 20 and is accordingly ordered that [he] [she] be committed for contempt to Her Majesty's Prison for a period of days and that the order for committal be suspended so long as [he] [she] attend court at the time and place specified in that order and otherwise comply with the order to attend court for questioning dated 20 [and ]. The court is satisfied that the suspended commital order dated 20 was served on the judgment debtor on 20 [but [he] [she] failed to attend court at that time and place.] [and that [he] [she] attended court but failed to comply with the order in that [he] [she] ] You the bailiffs and constables are therefore required to arrest the judgment debtor and to bring [him] [her] before a judge to consider whether the committal order should be discharged.
