The idea of online job is most appealing to me for it will give me opportunity to earn without leaving the comforts of my home. I am born and raised in the Philippines and that fact gives the guarantee that everything Tagalog is within my knowledge—be it really Tagalog or Filipino, as my native language evolved through time in order to keep up with modernity. However, English is the language we use in our home which, by the way is just outside the former US naval base. That, perhaps, is one reason I grew up speaking the language. Furthermore, I attended a reputable high school where English is a major subject and consequently, I had to earn high grades in the said subject which, I did, as evidenced by my teachers’ constant encouragement to join our school paper. Moreover, I was awarded First Place in the Essay Writing Contest during the college foundation day and I also bagged Champion in “Pagsasaling-Wika” or Translation (English-Tagalog) during Filipino Week. I guess that pretty much describes my capabilities. I can work full time and deliver the finished product on time. In addition, I am adept in Microsoft Word. I’m hoping to hear from you. Thank you and more power! Sincerely, Joann Mae Carmona
