Age: 16- 45
 Nationality: Partner regions of Shandong Province
 Requirement: for language Learning, no specific requirement
for degree-giving program, follow the requirement of degree-giving university

 Applicant deadline: October 1 for the Spring semester
May 1 for the Autumn semester
 Scholarship amount: 30000 RMB Yuan (Covers education-concerning fees and basic living
cost )
 Time: 1 semester or 1 academic year (2 semesters)
 University: There are 17 universities (colleges) under this program in different cities of
