Terms & Conditions for 10, 20, & 30 Yard Service
Delivery Terms & Conditions:
1). It is the policy of J&J Services, Inc. to guarantee delivery of containers to the curb only. J&J
Services Inc. cannot be responsible for damages to driveways, sidewalks, buildings, parking lots,
low wires, trees or other property after leaving the curb. J&J Services, Inc. drivers have the right to
deny placement due to safety and/or damage concerns. Lawns and driveways/sidewalks can get
damaged from the weight of the container/truck. Our drivers also reserve the right not to place on
soft surfaces due to rain/inclement weather. They can get stuck. Furthermore, the undersigned
agrees to pay for any towing charges incurred after our trucks leave public roadways.
2). We are not liable for property damage done to property not owned by you or your customer. We
will not deliver if we cannot perform our service on your property, your customer’s property, or
public property. You must have a property damage liability waiver form signed by the property
owner, before we will attempt to place across property lines.
3). Once our containers have been placed, DO NOT MOVE OUR CONTAINERS. If the container has
been moved, you by signing this agreement agree to be liable for all associated property damages,
move, or clean up fees.
4). You may be required to have a parking permit/license by your local municipality for certain
placements of containers (i.e. on the street). J&J Services, Inc. is not liable for any fines or citations
as a result of your non-compliance with local ordinances, and you by signing this agreement agree
to comply with all local ordinances, and are liable for any citations/fines.
5). 10, 20, and 30 yard dumpsters are on a $5 a day charge after 30 days if the dumpster is not
dumped in the 30 day period. If the dumpster is dumped inside the 30 day period, the 30 days
resets.

Loading Terms & Conditions:
1). The container is your responsibility while in your possession until the time we pickup. We accept
no liability for the contents of the container. Please adhere to the following loading procedures.
2). Do Not Load materials above the top of the container. Overloaded containers may be left on site
for you to dispose of excess materials.

3). Do not fill containers FULL of dirt, concrete block, bricks, stone or rock. ANY J&J Services, Inc.
containers too heavy to lift and haul will be the customer's responsibility to off load prior to another
attempt at pickup. Extra Trip or Overweight fee may apply. We are required to be fewer than 62,000
GROSS by the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
4). We WILL NOT ACCEPT any of the following materials: Tires, Batteries, Computers, TV’s, Hot
Water Heaters, Barrels, Liquid Paint, Liquid Waste, Microwaves, Lawn Mowers, Gas Engines, Ballast,
Condensers, Home Garbage, Solvents, Paint Thinners, Motor Oil, Used Oil Filters, Dead Animals,
Medical Waste, Asbestos, Propane Tanks, Gas Tanks, Gas Cylinders, Freon Tanks, Hazardous
Waste, Radioactive Waste, Corrosive Waste, Ignitable Waste, Toxic Waste, and/or Explosives. You
are responsible for all material placed in the container, by you or other parties. Any materials listed
above may be subject to rejection or additional fees.
Pickup Terms & Conditions:
1). Please do not block the container after calling in for pickup, containers blocked in may be subject
to a dead run fee.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
1). All outstanding balances are subject to a Net 15 day payment, and 1.5% per month on
outstanding balances owed J&J Services, Inc. over 30 days. Customer agrees to pay all legal /
collection fees accrued in conjunction with the collection of these outstanding debts. Customer is
responsible for all credit extended by us on account by any person authorized by you.
2). J&J Services, Inc. is not responsible for any verbal contracts, bindings or agreements made by
its drivers, or agents. This agreement and its terms and conditions are the binding authority between
you and J&J Services, Inc. for 10, 20, & 30 yard container service.

We hereby apply for credit and affirm financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay invoices
in accordance with published terms. The above information is warranted to be true and complete.
We hereby authorize you to verify and collect information on us, including but not limited to bank
references, trade credit references, consumer and/or commercial credit reports. We agree to pay all
costs of collection and litigation on this account in accordance with the laws of the Creditor’s State
of Incorporation. We agree that all decisions with respect to the extension or continuation of credit
shall be in the sole discretion of the Creditor.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PERSONAL GUARANTEE
1. Net 15 days dumpsters & Net 30 days portable toilets.
2. No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts unless satisfactory
arrangements are made with our credit dept.
3. Personal Guarantee: If the credit customer is a corporation, LLP or LLC, then
those signing this application, whether signing as an officer or not, personally
guarantee payment for all items purchased on credit by the entity.
