POLICE SEEK HELP IN IDENTIFYING SUSPECT
The St. Helens Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a
subject who has exposed himself on at least three separate occasions. Between January 11,
2010 and January 17, 2010 police responded to three separate reports of public indecency at the
Royal Quick Clean at 1835 St. Helens Street and the Cascade Cleaners located at 1805 St.
Helens Street.
According to one female witness the man approached, asked for sexual favors and
exposed his genitals. In another case he gained the attention of a female and began
masturbating. In another particularly disturbing case the suspect actually grabbed a woman
before he exposed himself. The woman was unharmed.
The man is described as a white male in his early to mid twenties. He is between 5’07”
and 6’02” tall with a slender to medium build. He has short brown hair and may have a short
goatee. According to one witness the suspect has crooked front teeth, one of which is decayed
and bluish in color. In one case the suspect was wearing a bright red hooded sweatshirt and
blue or green pajama bottoms. He was seen another time in a black hooded sweatshirt with a
skull logo on the back and black shorts. The suspect was last seen driving in a newer silver minivan.
