Thanks for acknowledging me, but please, spell my last name correctly in the Acknowledgments.
Add pictures to the executive summary, taking them from your POSTER, POWERPOINT and book
chapter. The Exec. Summary is the MOST important chapter in the report and the one most likely to be
read by others (including the IQP award judges). Exec. summary should include your BEST graphics.
I recommend sprinkling more of your best pictures in your RESULTS chapter. Don't forget that the
report is ALL that an objective observer will typically see, so they would wonder what happened to the
pictures. I recommend including at least some of the following: a small view of the first page of the
Newsletter, a screen-capture of the web page, a picture of the brochure, maybe some of the morphing
(as a before and after), etc..
You need an actual BIBLIOGRAPHY chapter (as the last numbered chapter). The Annotated Bibliography
is not a substitute for a “normal” Bibliography chapter. Moreover, there seem to be several missing
references which you’ll need to add to said Bibliography, such as

Triple check your references. I suspect there may be many more missing bibliography entries. Don’t
bother fixing the Annotated Bibliography, just add a proper BIBLIOGRAPHY.
Overall, it is a good looking and well presented IQP.
Fix these things in the original WORD document and re-upload it onto the online archive and include it
in the FINAL CD as well.
