Persia House is pleased to invite you to Mehregan Class Celebration
to consult Persian poetic lines for guidance and remembering the bonds
of friendship and a community of love and gratitude for life.
The program includes but is not limited to:
*a few words about Rumi *traditional and folk musical
performance by the well known composers *a
presentation entitled Mehr *recitation and reading
from the celebrated thirteenth-century Persian mystic
poet Mawlavi Balkhi *synopsis of the story of the
celebration of Mehregan on big screen, audience
participation and more
Admission is free. Tea and cookies are provided. Feel free to bring your
favorite seasonal food and snacks to share.
