‫תיאור הקורס‪:‬‬
‫הסוגיה המרכזית בה ידון הקורס תעסוק בשאלה האם מתפתח עולם של גושי סחר יריבים ומתחרים‪.‬‬
‫ראשית‪ ,‬ייבחנו דפוסי הסחר הגיאוגרפיים העולמיים בסחורות ובשירותים‪ .‬לאחר מכן‪ ,‬תבחן עמדת ארגון‬
‫הסחר העולמי לגבי העדפה בסחר‪ .‬כמו כן‪ ,‬ייבחנו הסיבות שהביאו להתרבותם המהירה של הסדרי סחר‬
‫איזוריים מאז שנות השבעים‪ ,‬בתוך אירופה ועימה (הקהילה האירופית ואפטא)‪ ,‬וכן בשאר העולם (אסיאן‪,‬‬
‫נפטא‪ ,‬מרקוסור)‪ .‬ההסדרים השונים ינותחו תוך כדי הבחנה בין צורות ישנות וחדשות ("אינטגרציה‬
‫עמוקה") של אינטגרציה כלכלית‪ .‬בנוסף‪ ,‬נלמד‪ ,‬אם יהיה זמן‪ ,‬נושאים מאוד ספציפיים כגון תקנות מקור‬
‫וצורות מיוחדות של אפליה במסחר (‪ ,VERs‬היצף)‪.‬‬
