A talk for S.1 and S.4 Students will be given by the school liaison officer of the HK Police Force. 3. ‘Fairwood’ will be made the school lunch supplier from December onwards. Parent-Teacher Association Cont’d 2. ‘Parents’ Chatroom ’opens on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 2-3:30 p.m. in Room 109, IKTMC. There is no standard format and parents are encouraged to freely exchange ideas on how to raise children and share their difficulties for mutual support. Parents are also welcome to make constructive suggestions to the school to improve the delivery of education. The date of the coming meeting: Saturday, 11th December 2004. 3. The Inauguration Ceremony of the 8th PTA Executive Committee was held on 5th November 2004 in the school hall. We wish to thank the supervisor, Mr. Ha Kei Wai, for officiating at the ceremony and for his encouraging words. It was also the occasion of S.1-S.4 Parents’ Night. More than twenty parent volunteers gave support and prepared lunch-boxes for over 200 people. We also hosted a game stall. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the volunteers for their generous support. The committee members made ninety jars of XO sauce for PTA charity sale and more than $2,000 was raised for PTA. 6. The date for the family picnic is to be decided.
