IACRA acknowledges corporations with CSR firmly embedded in their organizational DNA. Entries will be assessed on how
the company aligns its CSR strategy and programs with the business strategy and company operations.
Applying companies are encouraged to answer all sections of the entry form to preclude disqualification. Please accomplish
this Entry Form (together with the accompanying Verification Form) and email to: awards.afcsr@aim.edu on or before 08
April 2016, Friday.
The entry form is divided into three parts (1) Company Profile; (2) Company Strategy and Operations; and (3) Company CSR
Strategy and CSR Programs.
This entry form will be provided only to the Awards Administrators, Steering Committee and the Board of Judges. However,
non-financial information in this entry form will form part of the AIM-RVR Center’s Research Database and may be cited in
academic articles and other publications.
