Let's move on though and look at the next case, Fisher v Bell 1961. This particular case is to do with
again someone, an individual here offering for sale an offensive weapon. This particular offensive
weapon was a flick knife and what the shopkeeper had done was to simply put that flick knife in the
shop window with a price tag next to it.
