So the question therefore is adverts or shops really. Now what we need to do is we need to look at
the cases. There are three cases that should spring to mind and these are quite simply very famous
ones that you deal with in the first few weeks of any contract syllabus, Partridge v Crittenden, Fisher
v Bell and the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain v Boots Cash Chemists. Let's look then very
briefly at these three cases just to recap on these facts.
