We have a lot of knowledge and experience in the room, let´s take advantage of the time we have together. Each

month there will be a discussion on a specific issue. If the topic sparks enough interest and discussion, HR
Committee can talk about making this and event for general membership.
90min HR Committee meeting with no following workshop but instead 30 min roundtable moderated discussion

included as a part of the Committee. Current workshops to be transformed into regular „events“ (quantity
