Tigette Booster Club Board Meeting Minutes January 4, 2015 Meeting called to order by Jaylee Klempa at 6:38 Minutes read by Terri Leger and approved 1. Nationals Update – Dana Varsity Nationals - January 30 – 31st at Orlando, FL JV Nationals – March 5 & 6 at Jamfast Tulsa OK Coach Warren to send tentative itinerary shortly and then a finalized itinerary containing detailed information on flight numbers, hotel rooms, etc. It is very important to keep track of the $110 meal ticket and then park pass. If meal ticket is lost, Tigette is without meals worth $110. If park pass is lost, Tigette cannot attend the competition. Ideas for helping girls keep track of ticket and pass were discussed. Coach suggested we obtain travel care packages containing storage bags to carry 3 costumes, shoes, poms, etc. which must be carried on plane. A hanging travel cover could be purchased at dollar stores and could keep snacks and makeup all together in each girls bag on plane. Coach requested spirit sign posted at school to wish both teams good luck. Then also a spirit sign when they are returning from airport (Welcome Home, Great Job) as other teams had it last year, but Tigettes really missed seeing anything.
